A  Master Plant Dieta is an opportunity to build a life-long relationship with a plant spirit that will continue to provide you with guidance, healing, and protection to realize your true potential.

A plant dieta is an initiation into the mystery school of the "Rao Nete," the world of the plant spirits.

Plant dieting is an ancient earth technology that transmits plant spirit knowledge through behavorial and dietary adjustments such as isolation,  abstinence, asceticism and a restricted diet. Through these adjustments you become attuned to the plant's messages.

During a plant dieta you can expect what is hidden to be revealed and your personal shadows to be illuminated. It is frequently said that “en la dieta está la curación,” “the healing is in the dieta,” not just in the plants. In this way, the spirits of the plants may heal us physically, emotionally as well as spiritually.

When you commit to a plant dieta, it's important to notice what arises on the emotional level as you move deeper into your diet, because this is where the real healing begins.

Each time we diet, new aspects of our subconscious are revealed. In time, the plants teach us that there is nowhere to hide. Yet this is the work,  and the path we choose,  even  when it feels like the light has been all but extinguished.

The plants help us to remember that love is intrinsic to our nature. But sometimes we must walk through the dark night of the Soul before the light of awareness reemerges.

These are the moments that can show us what we are truly made of: when we feel most vulnerable, yet most strangely alive.

In the end, the plants root us back into communion with the sacredness of all life.
